We vigorously support the effort to save the Briarwood Lane bridge and to prevent Briarwood Lane from becoming a convinient and fast short-cut for motorists.
The straightening of Briarwood Lane will not only destroy trees with significant aesthetic and monetary value, it will result in nothing but a waste of Township taxpayers money and endanger the many residents who enjoy walking our streets.
Is it possible the Township is TOO flush with taxpayers cash and there is an immediate need to divest these funds from the Township Treasury to avoid a mandated tax levy reduction ???
